I write regarding Prosecure 2000, which is led by Jon and Gary Brown.

 

My name is Andy  Richardson and I originated the Shrewsbury Food Festival in 2012, co-organising the first event in  2013 and remaining a director of that company. 

​

The festival is a considerable endeavour with attendances in the region of 25,000 per year, from an  initial attendance of 13,000 in 2013. 

​

When my business partner, Beth Heath, and I co-organised the first event, the security of visitors  and traders was key. To that end, we secured the services of Prosecure 2000. Their work was – and  remains – exemplary and it has not been necessary to look elsewhere for a security contractor. 

​

Jon and Gary and their team are polite, efficient, well-trained, highly-skilled and diplomatic. They  are good ambassadors for event, showing visitors courtesy, respect and charm. They have good  people skills, are transparent and accountable to us, are warm and friendly towards all and have  kept our event trouble-free.

During seven years of trading, they have ensured that our event has been trouble free. Police have  made zero arrests and zero crimes have been reported to them. This is largely due to the visible  presence of Prosecure and the deterrent they provide allied to the family nature of our event. 

​

Prosecure provide realistic levels of staffing: so the event is safe and we meet our criteria and legal  obligations but so that we remain profitable and do not unnecessarily spend money where such can  be avoided. In addition to providing that good value, they are a pleasure to work with. Responsive,  polite and honest at all times, they are the perfect partner and I have no hesitation in commending  their work and recommending them to you.
